"First planted in the ‘60s, Ferrington Vineyard is situated outside of Booneville on the gently south-facing slope of an alluvial terrace. The clone composition is Pommard, 667, and 828. Fermentation is all native with 30% whole cluster, and the wine is aged about a year in 20% new French oak barrels
The wine shows aromas and flavors of exotic herbs, spices, and complex red fruits give way to brambly, soft tannins. Impressive in its youth and indisputably age worthy."
Alcohol: 14.1%
