"Eva’s homage to Vinho Verde from Portugal weighs in at a mere 10.5% alcohol with 16.8 g/l of residual sugar and 8.3 g/l acidity. Riesling from Eltville, Hattenheim and Kiedrich. This is a perfect aperitif wine - juicy, with a delicate balance of acidity and sweetness, with notes of citrus and lime on the nose and a soft texture reminiscent of lemon curd. The Verde was fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months on the lees."
