"The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté comes from vines planted in Sous Le Chemin and was picked a week after the Chardonnay. It has a lovely and intense bouquet with orange blossom, white flowers and broom. The well-balanced palate offers wild peach and a touch of passion fruit with fine acidity, pithy and waxy towards the long finish. This is an excellent Aligoté. Drink 2024-2032."

"Jean-Marc Roulot is renowned for his skill in transforming the simple Aligoté grape into a sublime drink. His version of this variety joins ripe flavors and distinct minerality into a balanced combination. Normally a tart varietal, this particular rendition by Roulot is softer in character, thanks to the judicious use of 15% new oak barrels."
