"From a single vineyard plot in AOC Arbois of biodynamic and demeter certified 80 year old vines. Grand Curoulet is very unique terroir of fosilised clay soils from the jurassic period on which Chardonnay thrives. Initially smoky and concentrated, the flavors evolve with aeration, revealing a bouquet of salty sea spray, fragrant cut grass, and ripe orchard fruits. On the palate, this wine showcases a harmonious balance of complexity and mouthwatering acidity. Absolutely exquisite."
