"A fresh and grassy Sauvignon Blanc that reminds us more of a southern hemisphere Sauvignon Blanc. Although the grapes are 100% destemmed, they are soaked only till fermentation starts and then pressed to tank to finish primary fermentation. We included one barrel of a less neutral oak for texture and stability. Bottled on truck. zero-zero."
