"This is not a new Cuvée but it was not sold in France until recently. Most part of our Mâcon-Villages is a blend of our barrels of Viré-Clessé - La Verchère, Saint-Véran, En Combe, Pouilly-Fuissé, En Carementrant, etc. - that we think are not right enough to bear the name grande cuvée. But do not be mislead, this is excellent wine far from the beaten tracks of ordinary plonk ! It is ideal with goat cheese frol the Mâconnais!"
