"This linear white has a light, pleasing spritz to it and well-knit acidity that crackles on the palate, layered with notes of white peach, elderflower and lime and pink grapefruit zest. Drink now. 6,000 cases made, 1,000 cases imported."
Winemaker Notes:
"Clean and bright, the resulting wine displays a pale yellow hue with emerald glints when held to the light. When poured, tiny carbonation bubbles are revealed which is a characteristic associated with this type of txakoli wine. The nose offers intense aromas of white pear and apple heightened by the subtle effervescence of natural carbon dioxide. e wine is balanced and fresh on the palate, featuring a sharp taste with well-integrated acidity. With hints of citrus and tropical fruits in the aftertaste, it concludes with a long, aromatic finish."
