"This white Sancerre comes from vines cultivated on clay-limestone soils called white lands. It is an aromatic wine that accompanies crustaceans, seafood, hot fish and cheeses. The 2021 shows ripe pear and apple aromas with fig, lemon and lime-flower. The palate is round, ripe and balanced with white fruit, herbal and mineral flavors backed by crisp acidity. The finish is long with dried pear, stone and anise flavors."
