"With an average age of 20, Valérie's vines grow in clay-limestone soils in the Cher valley of the Touraine region in the Loire Valley. The grapes are handpicked, destemmed, directly pressed, and the juice is quickly cooled and naturally settled. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and fiberglass vats, followed by aging on the lees. Expect classic notes of bright green apple, citrus, and fresh cut grass with a clean and lively finish."
