The nose is an elegant blend of violets & lavender, intertwined with deep, ripe black fruits such as blackberry and dark plum. On the palate, the wine reveals its depth and complexity. The black fruits are front & center, offering a rich, velvety texture that envelops the palate, while the addition of clove & pepper brings a warm, spiced element that adds both intrigue and balance. The tannins are well integrated, providing structure without overpowering the wine’s vibrant flavors. The finish is long, with lingering notes of pepper a subtle savory quality, leaving a lasting impression. 92 cases produced."
