Winemaker Notes:
"Yellow-orange, translucent. In a still glass it initially gives off aromas of Mediterranean herbs and golden apple. When aerated, the apple predominates with a strong component of fresh bread, recalling the aromas of the fermentation yeasts and ripe citrus fruits also appear at this stage. On the palate it is very friendly, with a certain glyceric weight, although it remains very fluid and frank. It maintains this combination between the aromas of the aging with the lees and the white fruit, with aniseed towards the end. Quite saline and although it seems to have a short mid palate, it lengthens thanks to its well-integrated acidity."
