"Chenin Blanc from Heringer Estate Vineyards was foot-tread and dumped into a 500L puncheon for fermentation on skins. After 12 days, the grapes were pressed to barrel and where the wine finished fermentation. Nothing added except 40 ppm SO2.
This orange wine wine shows a savory side of Chenin Blanc with notes of lemongrass and jasmine, as well as mandarin oranges. Enjoy with a ferociously competitive board game — Catan, Sorry!, or Aggravation."
