"Chenin Blanc from Heringer Estate Vineyards was foot-tread and stayed on skins for around 4 days, the grapes then were pressed to barrel where the wine finished fermentation. Nothing added except 30 ppm SO2.
A textural white that saw a few days of skin contact. Which expresses itself on the palate with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that compliments the herbaceous citrus notes, think thyme and Meyer lemon. Enjoy with the emerging sunshine of springtime and new friends!"
