"This blend of six varieties is impressive. After fermentation in open-top tanks, the wine was aged in wood for 12 months. The result is a wine with a black coffee aroma and powerful black fruits. The wood comes through in the polished nature of the wine. Still young, it will be ready from 2026."
Winemaker Notes:
"With a splendid concentrated purple colour, Rubrica red is complex and profound. Shows fresh black berry fruit notes complemented by more complex aromas of spice and mint. The palate is rich in concentrated black fruit flavours and sports a firm structure, with noticeable tannins and a refreshing acidity. Medium to long finish of remarkable elegance."
