"This wine is deep, with aromas of cassis, black raspberry, cardamom, dried potpourri and mulled spices on the nose. The flavors on the palate are black strawberry, blueberry preserve and black tea leaves woven with lemon zest, black peppercorn and a long finish. Decant and pair with braised beef cheeks crusted with whole-grain mustard."
