Winemaker Notes:
"This rosé comes from a selection of Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu in complantation associated with our old Grenache vine. The whole is vinified at low temperature to preserve the freshness of the aromas of these grape varieties. Pinkish-grey color with onion skin reflections. Fine and fresh nose that reveals itself with aeration. Anise and fennel mingle with citrus fruits and berries to leave us with a feeling of freshness. Fine and elegant on the palate, it gains strength on red fruits to finish beautifully on notes of citrus fruits, grapefruit."
