Winemaker Notes:
"100% French Colombard from the Palmero Family Vineyard in Herald, CA. This tiny 1 acre block of old vines produces highly concentrated fruit encased in dense minerality. Austere and inviting at the same time, this wine is loaded with texture and acidity. Ideally accompanied by soft ripened cheeses, white fish, or cheese based roman pasta dishes. Fermented in neutral oak barrel with native yeast and bottled without fining and filtering. One and a half barrels produced."
