The long finish lets the leathery edge assert itself, giving the fruit some spine as this cruises slowly through the lengthy finish. Textbook Bandol. Mourvèdre and Grenache. Best from 2023 through 2033."

"Aromas suggest licorice, cinnamon and Provençal garrigue. Complexly flavored and richly textured, with structured tannins; black fruits and baking spices.Pair with beef short ribs with soy glaze or pork sausages with herbs."
