"I elected this year to make slightly less in order to express the single concrete vat of Willakenzie Vineyard Gamay in the cellar. This is a special sight for Gamay - it's never had a drop of herbicide/Round Up since it's planting in '93. It was also raised in the best vessel for Gamay I have. A traditional semi carbonic maceration was employed and the wine aged in concrete for eight months. (see a pattern?!) This may be the closest to perfection as I've gotten with Gamay. And it may be that by that I mean the most Fleurie - esque!"
