"The 2021 Bedarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is both bold and supple. Deep rich aromatic of sweet dark cherry, plum and violets dominate the glass. Delicate aromas of blue fruit, creme brulee and graphite add to the complexity and depth of this inviting wine. The flavors are bright and focused with layers of red fruit and toasty oak. The seamless mouthfeel, lush tannins, bright integrated acidity and long finish make this wine enjoyable now, but is structured enough to age for years to come. This wine begs for a medium rare, 28 day dry aged ribeye steak."
