"The 2021 Pinot Noir Jack Hill Vineyard is a new addition to the Anthill Farms portfolio. Winemaker Anthony Filiberti crafted three barrels from the two-acre vineyard in western Sonoma County, and the wine was matured in 30% new oak. It's somewhat reticent from its recent bottling and takes time in the glass to reveal hints of pomegranate, garrigue and charcuterie. The light-bodied palate offers delicate, crunchy fruit, chalky tannins and tangy acidity, finishing with touches of floral perfume.
