"Certains L’Aiment Sec’ is clean, long, pretty, with just a little bit of texture from the RS but certainly not sweet-feeling. It's still a high PH wine. While Vincent is doing his own thing and we don't want to directly compare this to Frantz's wines (he tries to push the wines to be as dry as possible), but there is clearly a narrative coming out of this cellar."
