The silky and zesty finish lingers with notes of red currant, chocolate-covered blueberry, and toasted cedar. Perfect balanced spice and tannins make this the perfect pairing for a homemade beef Stroganoff or braised lamb shank ravioli with seared trumpet mushrooms."
