"There's a wide array of mineral tones throughout this wine from a vineyard in the mountains east of Salinas. Aromas of wet stone are lifted by Asian pear, Key lime and a hint of sweet cream on the nose. The texture is rocky on the palate, where yuzu-peel and lime-flesh flavors meet with a rainy sidewalk character."
Winemaker Notes:
"Pale gold and light-medium bodied. Aromas of lemon meringue, oyster shell, subtle toast, and honey are framed by an elegantly chalky texture and refreshing acidity."
Alcohol: 13.2%
