"The 2020 Rosso di Montalcino is perfumed and intense with masses of crushed rose petals, cloves, rosemary and tart cherry. This is elegance personified, so silky and polished, with a pleasant inner sweetness all nicely balanced by crunchy red berries and minty herbal tones that frame the experience perfectly. This finishes with a primary staining of concentration and a coating of round tannins that promise a broad and open drinking window. The 2020 Rosso di Montalcino is a total knockout and aims to please."

"Ruby red in color, the Salvioni Rosso di Montalcino has a nose of rose petals and crushed flowers with bright red fruit such as ripe cherry. Concentrated, but soft and well-balanced with acidity on the palate."
