"A new iteration of Hanne's most intriguing, thought inducing wine. This one is Traminer from the Lamer vineyard in Sankt Margarethern. A bit of skin contact (6 days on the mash) adds some color and texture. There are wonderful tertiary pithy notes making it a complex and aromatic wine. Totally dry, great acidity and delicious. It was fermented with native yeasts and aged in 300 liter used wooden barrels."
