"Grown high in the Alps, this wine smells as if you are on top of a mountain with fresh air, rocky minerality all around and wild herbs. As the wine opens, notes of fresh pear and lemon oil develop. The palate is crisp and energetic with nectarine, honey and nervy acidity all wrapped up together."
Winemaker Notes:
"Medium lemon, slight spritz when first opened. Fields of alpine flowers, honey, pollen, pear, orange, peach, honeydew, pineapple, hay, salt, and mountain herbs. Delicate with lemon, lime and apricot. High acidity, but surprisingly creamy. Mineral finish."
