"Intriguing aromatics fill the nose with hints of tea leaves, dried cherries, and cola laced with the richness of cedar and brown spices. The layered flavors contribute to the wine’s complexity and refinement. Dark tones of red berries and plum pastry are accented with traces of cardamom, forest floor, sandalwood, and white pepper. A kiss of rose petals lightens the palate. Bright acidity and a creamy texture give this wine a lovely balance that showcases this blend of our vineyard blocks and clones."
