"Attractive aromas of plums and chocolate with some hazelnut. Dusty undertones. Medium-bodied with fine and polished tannins and a succulent finish. Hints of orange peel at the end. Drinkable, but better in 2024."

"The 2020 Château Peymouton is based on 79% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon, all from a 31-hectare parcel of deep red clay soils. It has a healthy ruby/purple hue as well as good complexity in its ripe cherry and redcurrant fruits and notes of cedarwood, green herbs, and tobacco leaf. It's nicely balanced, medium to full-bodied, has ripe tannins, and solid length on the finish."
