"If fortune favors the bold, then patience favors the introspective. This wine is our first one with significant elevage and, we must say, it was so worth the wait. Luxardo cherry, dried lavender, rhubarb, and warm stones. A palate that is bright but earthy, with lively acidity and cobblestone tannins for a round, long finish. This wine brings a packet of seeds to the first date instead of flowers. Which is to say, it's here to make you think, and it's here to play the long game."
