The palate is fresh and lively, the 30% new oak neatly entwined with an cohesive and tensile finish that lingers in the mouth. You could ask little more from a Saint-Romain Blanc."
Winemaker Notes:
"Yellow color with light gold tint, clear. Powerful nose, racy, with a smell of nuts, toast and a suggestion of vanilla. An expressive mouth with a fat and ample taste. This is a mineral wine with an elegant oaky taste and an excellent length taste."
