"This Languedoc-Roussillon inspired wine is our debut vintage of this elegant, food friendly lively varietal. This is our first 100% cuvée, which allows us to show you the essence of Cinsault. Aromatics, textures and flavors of logan berries, raspberries, and bright bing cheery which draw you in and demand that you have another glass. The wine finishes with strong balancing acidity to complement the bright fruit and will benefit from decanting if drinking now, and should last 8-12+ years in the cellar. It will pair beautifully with fowl, meat, savory pasta and darker bodied seafood."
