Seriously ripe with a wonderful coolness to the concentrated and focused palate. The fine-grained tannins are self-confidently dry and drive the breathtakingly stony and spicy finish along. Drink or hold."

"100% Syrah sourced from their best plot of land. Aged for 12 months in a mix of old 400-litre barrels and 3,000-litre foudre, and for a further two months in tank."
