With a pale yellow hue and delicate aromas of underripe mango, yellow apple, Meyer lemon & hints of wet stone minerality it draws you into the glass. The palate showcases balanced acidity and medium body with flavors of tangerine, ripe pineapple, mango and inviting honeysuckle linger through the long finish. The perfect companion for warm summer days and spicy cuisine."
