"A mix of 89% Zin and 11% Syrah make up this full-bodied red. Tannins are mouthcoating, but mature and soft and are well balanced by the elevated acidity. Find notes of blackberry, black plum, boysenberry, forest floor, bramble, star anise, cinnamon stick, sweet tobacco and gently toasted wood."

It is a boutique, family-run winery dedicated to cultivating and crafting the best of Sonoma County. Their focus is on single vineyard designate wines produced in limited quantities. Pech Merle Winery produces around 3000 cases per year - and has won over 140 medals."
