"Bright fruit, Rasberry, Strawberry, with hints of earth and spice. Fresh and bright. Picked and sorted by hand, Foot stomped, then a three day cold soak.
20% whole cluster, fermented in open top fermenters, punched down by hand 2 times daily, then pressed and aged in neutral french oak on the lees for 6 months. Racked once just before bottling."
