Winemaker Notes:
"This high-altitude Cabernet glows a deep purple with red glints in the glass, setting the stage for greatness to come. Darkly woodsy on the nose, with cherry and blueberry, then opening to cigar box and a slight hint of pine. The first sip showcases a strong fruit-forward aspect, melding with the smoothness of the tannins, creating a strong yet extraordinarily smooth Cabernet. Cherry and dark plum flavors mix with toasty, field-dried cut wheat on the palate. When fully opened, this wine has lovely cherry and blueberry undertones, when combined with the tannins make for an amazing, long-lasting finish."
