"The nose is consumed by tantalizing aromatics of high-toned dark fruit and deep-set peppery spices. The flavors that follow don’t disappoint. A velvety mouthfeel and spice-laden texture reveal a treasure of flavors—Santa Rosa plum, boysenberry, coffee and a trace of leather—that coalesce and linger in the finish. This fresh, lively wine is great to share at a gathering of friends, or is a great pick-me-up after a long workday."
