"The Cole Ranch AVA is the smallest appellation in the US. This is Cobb's more flashy, exotic Riesling as opposed to the more nervy, focused Vonarburg. Aromas of starfruit, strawberries and kiwi. The palate is rich but tense with flavours of green apple, mango and crushed chalk on the finish. Evolves constantly in the glass and, as with the entire Cobb lineup, handles oxygen exposure admirably. Drinking Window 2020 - 2030."
