"The Blaufränkisch Heide has a fruity, fresh taste of blackberries and pepper. It is strong and intense, but remains smooth on the palate. The optimal drinking temperature is 16-18°C. An ideal partner for roasted duck breast under a walnut crust with fried potato dumplings. And also a very good choice for cheese, especially spicy hard cheeses, such as Gruyere with fresh pumpkin seed bread."
