"Brian David’s Wise Decision Chardonnay comes from the cooler Oak Knoll subregion of Napa Valley. The wine opens up with classic Chardonnay notes of green and yellow apples, with a touch of lemon oil and oak. On the palate the wine shines with minerality and the right amount of weight with a long, lingering finish. The wine was fermented in stainless steel and saw around 10% neutral oak for about 8 months. Only 300 cases made."
