"Hand harvested and sorted single vineyard 100% Pinot Noir. Aged for 11 months in 35% new French burgundy oak. Earthy aromas of toasted butterscotch and loamy terroir. Vibrant notes of ripe, red cherry and plum with a velvety creme brulee finsh. A beautifully elegant wine that improves markedly in the glass with a silky feel. Mouth-watering acidity with a mix of red fruit and spice that holds through a sustained finish."
