Winemaker Notes:
"Lichtenberger-Gonzalez Edelgraben site has two Pinot Blanc vineyards: one with 50 year old vines and a younger part. Both vineyards are harvested for this wine. Whole cluster pressing and then the berries are macerated for about 2 hours before fermentation. Fermentation and aging in large 1000 Liter old casks until it is bottled in July. Only minimal sulfur is added just before bottling."
