"The 2018 Zinfandel Dina's Vineyard is bright, perfumed, and incredibly gracious. There is plenty of energy, but the Dina's has a weightless feel that gives energy and a real feeling of finesse. A wine of precision and nuance, the Dina's hits all the right notes. It is such a gorgeous and expressive wine."
About the Vineyard:
"Dina's Vineyard was planted more than 100 years ago by Italian immigrants who settled in the Russian River Valley. Today, only about ten acres of gnarled, dry-farmed vines remain at their original homesite. The vines are predominantly head-trained and planted on the typical eight-by-eight spacing, originally intended to allow horses to cultivate between the vines in both directions of the vineyard planting. Deep and dark color, bright acidity and elegant texture are all typical indicators of Dina's Vineyard terroir."
