"Tasted from barrel just prior to bottling, the 2018 Chenin Blanc Jurassic Park is another gorgeous wine in this range. Ripe pear, mint and jasmine are nicely layered. Here, too, the balance of depth and vibrancy makes for an absolutely compelling, delicious wine with enough body to pair well with a wide range of foods at the dinner table."
Winemaker Notes:
"Classic old-world style Chenin with white flowers, white peach, nutmeg and wet stone. Loads of minerality, green papaya, meyer lemon, lean stone fruit and racy acidity."
Winemaking:
"Fermented in barrel and stainless steel, then aged on the lees in 100% neutral French oak barrels. and stainless steel."

"Insane pairing with oysters and roast chicken. Fermented in both stainless steel and neutral barrel. Aged on the lees. Fresh, vibrant, lots of acidity. Lower in alcohol. Super Food Friendly."
