The estate is situated in the extreme eastern end of Chile’s Casablanca Valley, ideal growing conditions for cool climate wines. They follow organic practices and minimal intervention winemaking. The goal of Ritual is to produce wines that reflect the Casablanca Valley terroir. Their wines are pure, fresh and balanced and exude elegance and complexity. The 2017 Ritual Casablanca Valley Pinot Noir is ripe and juicy with tight tannins and a fresh finish. It has notes of raspberry, cherry, and sweet tobacco. It's quite expressive and open with a rich acidity. This Pinot has good balance, excellent concentration and a well-spiced finish with hints of smoked paprika. It's medium-bodied with red fruit and floral aromas. Enjoy!

"A pinot noir with sweet tobacco and strawberry aromas and flavors. Medium body, tight tannins and a fresh finish. Linear and fine."
"Obviously, the 2017 Ritual Pinot Noir feels ripe, the product of a warm and dry year. It is quite expressive and open, quite varietal and clean, with red fruit and floral aromas and a serious mouthfeel with very fine and chalky tannins. The oak is very integrated, and the wine feels harmonious and has good freshness."
