"The 2016 Reserva hails from Still del Duero and was aged 24 months in oak barrels. Garnet-red in color. The nose delivers liqueur-like notes, sour cherry, plum and strawberry notes against a woody backdrop. Indulgent and voluminous on the palate, the firm, well-integrated tannins support a flavorful mouthfeel before the long, oaky finish."
Winemaker Notes:
"The fruit here leans more towards the blue side than one would normally expect from a Tempranillo Reserva. This makes it very intriguing now with ripe fruit and well-integrated tannins that will preserve fresh nature of the fruit for many years."
