"Medium ruby-purple in color, the 2016 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast reveals a super intense nose of chocolate box, lilac and crushed black cherries with hints of garrigue, cloves, cinnamon stick and anise. Medium-bodied with a firm frame of grainy tannins and fantastic tension, it has wonderful intensity and a long fragrant finish. Drink date: 2018 - 2026."

"The 2016 Sonoma Coast is sourced from three sites in the Sonoma Coast AVA. The wine opens in the glass with fragrant red and dark berry aromas, sharpened by baking spices and a hint of smoked meat. The mouthfeel is lean and fresh with earthy notes mingled with lively acidity and tart fruit. The subtle tannins lead to a smooth finish that is balanced and rather delicious."
