"The Le Cinciole 2016 Petresco is a special selection of Sangiovese from a single-vineyard site. This organic wine is elegantly contoured and nicely balanced, showing generous and rich fruit all the while. The bouquet opens to blackberry, wild cherry and plum. There are earthy notes on the close along with some evident oak spice, toast and campfire ash. The open-knit and richly textured elements of this wine would pair next to a grilled T-bone steak."
