"A seamless Champagne, with chopped almond and sea salt meeting ripe and juicy apricot and white cherry fruit flavors. There's a sense of buoyancy to the acidity, working with the fine, lively mousse to lift the flavor range, which expands on the lasting finish to include accents of blood orange sorbet, ground ginger and candied pink grapefruit peel. Disgorged January 2022. Drink now through 2032. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. 550 cases made, 100 cases imported."
